Turn Around Time
Resin Keychains: Each items is made as they are ordered, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and give the resin to cure properly, then items will be packaged and shipped.

Orders are Not processed on the weekends or national holidays. If your order was made on a Friday, it will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

Normal shipping is 3-5 business days unless it's a custom item. This doesn't include weekends or holidays.

  •  CreativeCraftologist is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport.

 

  •  Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that you enter at checkout.
